When to go?

The best time to visit this saion is spring, but you can easily enjoy it during the summer. The area has a very continental climate, cold and dry in winter and very hot in summer.

If you want to discover the flamboyant colors of the vines, autumn is the ideal season.

The Grand Est is a French region situated in the east of the territory. It gathers 3 former regions which are : the Champagne-Ardenne, the Lorraine and the Alsace. Land of traditions, know-how and gastronomy located in the heart of Europe, the Grand Est is a region full of attractions that will undoubtedly appreciate lovers of discovery and authenticity. If the region is particularly famous for its champagnes, white wines of Alsace, flammekueches, sauerkraut, baeckeoffes, mirabelles and Christmas fairy markets, it is also famous for its cities of Art and History its charming, half-timbered villages, medieval castles, Gothic cathedrals, fortified or timber-framed churches, renowned museums, and renowned crystal and earthenware factories.
